UCI's Women’s Leadership Academy is empowering women around the Globe to find their voice and not just take a seat at the leadership table, but leverage their unique skills to create and shape these tables and this year’s program is stronger than ever.
Now offering a 100% virtual program featuring live, synchronous sessions taught by faculty and industry experts, 1:1 executive coaching, and two new modules, we are confident that women in leadership will find it even more beneficial in their daily professional and personal lives.
The Paul Merage School of Business has a long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusion and is the number one business school in the world for percentage of female faculty (Financial Times MBA, 2019). From this perspective, the Office of Executive Education presents this unique program for Women in Leadership.
This program is not intended to be a substitute for mixed gender leadership development programs, but a leadership identity builder and support network for women.
